I have a Norcold 620 fridge where the power is on but it won't get cold. The display shows an upside-down 'u' code. I have tried leaving it unplugged for a year, and previously had a local repair guy look at it for an LP issue that was supposedly fixed but didn't work during a hunting trip. The AC still worked when I got home. What should I do to troubleshoot and potentially fix this issue?

Why did my Kenmore fridge's ice maker stop working? The water dispenser works fine, but no water goes into the ice maker. The fridge is 13 years old, and the water filter was replaced 2 months ago. The issue started 4 days ago, and I have tried unplugging the fridge and letting it thaw out. The fridge also started freezing everything until I reset the temperature of the freezer to 6 and the fridge to 48.
