I have a Panasonic Microwave model NN-C994S that has broken. It made a loud noise, emitted an electrical burning smell, and now the turntable doesn't turn and it doesn't heat food. Is this model still available, or is there another microwave with the same footprint that can replace it? Additionally, will the existing trim fit a new microwave, or do I need to buy a new trim kit?

I have a top-loading washer, model WTW4850HW1, that is about 3 years old. There is a stinky mildew odor, and after the washer finishes, there is still water in the lower area below the drum basket. I have tried running an empty washer cycle with a special cleaning tablet, but the issue persists. What could be causing this and how can I resolve it?
