I have a relatively new Maytag front load washer that doesn't start. The on/off button doesn't work, but turning the control dial turns on the power. However, pressing start does nothing, no interlock check, nothing. I replaced the door interlock, which initially seemed to help but then the washer stopped halfway through a cycle, leaving water in the unit, and now won't start at all. What could be the issue, and should I replace the control unit?

My refrigerator has stopped cooling but the freezer is still working. The motor started to sound loud two days ago, and after performing a Forced Defrost, the refrigerator stopped cooling. The fan is running, and there is no frost build-up on the back wall. What could be the issue and what steps should I take to fix it?

No water is getting to the ice maker. I have already replaced the pump valve and removed the water filter. How long has this been going on with your ice maker? What have you tried so far?
