I have a Samsung bottom freezer French door style model RF26VABWP. Water gathers at the bottom under the vegetable drawers and sometimes freezes. I have checked the continuity of the heater and the water line, but I don't see a drain hole. Why is water collecting there, and how can I fix it myself?

We bought a Panasonic microwave oven, model NN-SU686S, on Feb. 8 of this year. In the past few days, we've noticed that the carousel has stopped turning, resulting in uneven cooking of our food. The owner's manual says nothing about troubleshooting this particular problem. What can we do to fix it?

I have a defrost problem with my GBS22HCRAWW GE refrigerator, freezer on the bottom. The defrost heater and defrost stat were both checked and found to be okay, so I replaced the board and cut the white wire to the thermistor as indicated in the board instructions. However, the refrigerator still does not defrost. What could be the problem?

Started a load, then stopped to add a garment. The washer will not unlock, even when holding down the lock setting for 3 seconds. The second count down shows and the light for the machine locked is lit. What can be done to resolve this issue?
