I have a Samsung dishwasher DW7933LRABB that won't drain and now makes noise without any buttons lighting up or responding. I found a plastic flapper in the drain line, cleaned out a clogged side component, and noticed water around the motor area. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?

I am having trouble with my Amana Dishwasher, model number ***** d b1700 a DS2. The top rack and sprayers are not spinning, and the bottom dishes are cleaner than the top. I was changing a Dacor light bulb without turning off the circuit breaker. When I opened the housing, there was a loud pop. After replacing the bulb and reassembling everything, the oven doesn't work and the fan is permanently on. Is there anything I can do to fix this without a service call?
