I have a Samsung French door bottom freezer refrigerator (Model RF26VABBP/XAA). The freezer part has stopped cooling, but the fridge part is cooling fine. There is a noticeable rattling sound coming from the lower back part of the freezer, and when I pull the freezer drawers out, the rattling stops. I have tried power freeze, switching off for 30 minutes, and various combinations for auto defrost, but none have worked. What could be the issue?

I have a Monogram u/c fridge (model number ZDWC24ONABS) that freezes everything. The fridge is from 07/2003 and this issue has been ongoing for about a year. I have tried unplugging it for 6 months, cleaning the coils, and adjusting the thermostat. Should I replace the temperature control module?

I have a Frigidaire washer-dryer combo model FFLE1011MW2. It's making a loud banging noise during the spin cycle. I just got it used today. The water is not turning on in my washer — it just spins and doesn’t wash the clothes. The time left light flashes after awhile. This is the first time it has ever happened. I did wash pillows in it yesterday and once had to rebalance the load. What could be the issue and what should I try?
