I have a Samsung microwave model ME 18H704 made in October 2018. It was working intermittently and now won't heat up, though it powers on. I've checked the door switches and they are good. The microwave also had an issue where it turned off when we were cooking below it, and the exhaust fan came on automatically. How many thermo cut-off switches does it have and where are they located? What could be causing the microwave not to heat up?

We have a GE JKP45 double oven that has worked perfectly for 20-plus years. After successfully cooking the Thanksgiving turkey, we found that most of the buttons on the control module no longer work. The CLEAR/OFF buttons beep, but that's it. The clock displays the time and the oven light is on. We saw no sparks or heard pops, and the inside of both ovens is relatively clean. House circuit breaker did NOT trip. Any ideas?

I have a Kenmore Elite upright freezer model # 253.28093800. I do not know how to operate the Electronic Temperature Control and cannot find any instructions online. The owner's manual is not helpful. I need the Electronics Control Guide. How can I obtain that?

I have a Gianni electric wall oven and I am trying to find out what model it is. The only numbers I can find on it are 12,010,09,0. I have searched the internet and tried reverse image search but had no luck. The oven has a grill in the top of the oven.

My GE GDT695SMJOES dishwasher, purchased in 2016, is experiencing a flashing light and beep when the start button is pressed, and it won't start. The circuit board was replaced shortly after purchase. What could be causing this issue and how can it be resolved?
