I have a stacked Whirlpool washer dryer unit in my condo. The washer is top-loading and about 7-8 years old. During a wash cycle, it started making a loud noise and seized up. Water is still in the machine. What could be the issue, and what are the next steps to resolve it?

Our KitchenAid fridge has no lights inside and the ice or water won’t fill. The fridge is a few months old, and the issue started today. I turned off the breaker and unplugged it, but the fridge is still cold, and the lights on the door are working. What could be causing this issue, and how can I test to determine the problem?

I did a wash and when it finished, a sound started to go on and it never stopped. It sounds like a drill or something because there is a variation in the sound. It’s really weird and I am 100% sure it’s from the washer machine. How long has your GE washer been making this noise? Is it level with the floor? What have you tried so far? Is there anything else the Appliance Expert should know before I connect you?
