I have a stainless steel French door refrigerator purchased a little over a year ago from Lowes. The ice-making part of the icemaker has frozen up, and it's making a clicking noise trying to kick out the ice. The tray is empty. How do I defrost it? Looks like it overfilled the water and froze up as a block. Can it be turned off separately, and is it removable?
