I have a Thermador PG364GLBS from 2005. The oven control board (00676192) was replaced, but now the burners are not sparking. Two technicians suggested replacing the re-ignitor (BSH 00189010), which is hard to find. Is there an alternative to the re-ignitor, and how does it function—is it supposed to pulse current or provide a steady current?

My 34 cu. ft. 4-Door Flex™ Chef Collection Refrigerator with Sparkling Water Dispenser in Stainless Steel is flashing and dinging. There is an error code 'FRIDGE says E and FREEZER' counting from 21 - 61 on the digital panel. The fridge and freezer are not emitting cold air anymore. What could be wrong and what should I do?

My Kenmore Elite microwave 72213 gives me an ER 47 error when running the timer. It just started tonight, and I don't know what to try. The error occurs when setting a timer for 2:30 minutes, and it happens whether I stop and restart the timer or not.

I need a new lightbulb for my Viking 6460 sewing machine. I ordered one from Amazon but it was not the right one. How old is your Viking appliance? Approximately 40 years old, maybe a little younger. How long has this been going on with your Viking lighting? What have you tried so far? Not that I can think of!

Should there be standing water in the dishwasher reservoir? My Bosch Model SHSM63W55N has had this issue for a couple of months. I've tried running a cleaning cycle and manually removing the water with a towel.
