I have a top-loading GE clothes washer machine (Model: GTWN3000MOWS) that is having trouble spinning. The machine agitates and drains fine, but when it comes to the spin cycle, the machine can only spin if the load is really light. I've checked the belt, which seems appropriately tight, and there's no indication of it slipping. I suspect a broken bearing, but replacing it seems involved. Sometimes, turning the tub by hand and pulling out the spin setting dial multiple times helps initiate a spin, but it starts very slow and is louder with a metal-on-metal grinding sound. What are your impressions given what you know so far?

Hello. I have an issue with a belt drive Kenmore washer not spinning. I replaced the belt, but that's not the problem. During spin cycle, I can hear clicking, but cannot hear the motor running. The machine is Kenmore model 110.21102012. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?

My Whirlpool Gold self-cleaning oven is not working, and the control panel is dead. The light inside the oven turns on, but the oven doesn't heat up.
