Jenn Air Gas dryer model JDG2000W drum won't spin. The dryer has been out of commission for a week. I want to take it apart to see if it's a belt issue, but access through the top doesn't help. I'm trying to get the bottom off, which seems to be the only other access. Screws are soaking in WD40 right now. Is there anything else the Appliance Expert should know before I connect you? I have a serial number if that helps.

My Electrolux dryer won't start, the inside light doesn't come on, and it beeps three times when I push the start button.
