I have a very old Magic Chef electrical, self-cleaning oven from 1986. It's not heating as well as it should, and the broiler has also gone out. I have the owner's manual with a model number, but I'm not sure if I need to replace a part like the bake element, capillary tube, or thermostat. Can I buy these parts, and is this something I can fix myself, or should I call a professional? I don't have the budget for a new oven, but I need an oven. Any advice will help.

I have a Maytag Bravos 400 quiet series top loading washing machine. I am getting the LD message for long drain. I have cleaned out the drain and water pump, checked all hoses for kinks, and ensured the drain pipe is not too tall. The tub drains only when I turn off the power to the machine. During wash cycles, it always shows the LD code. What am I missing?

I washed about 20 sewing needles and only 4 were there after the wash. Can those needles damage inside the machine?

I have a model 650/S refrigerator made in June 1998, installed in March 1999 (SN M1412766, uses R134a). It has considerable ice build-up behind the crisper drawer, at least 3" all across the back wall and building on the bottom platform. A repairman said it's leaking refrigerant, but topping it up didn't solve the issue. What could be causing the ice build-up?

I have a Whirlpool WET3300XQ0, and the water level seems low. It only fills 3/4 of the way up on the large setting. Is there something that can be done?
