I have a Viking range model # *. The cooktop is working fine, but the bake and broil functions are not working. The ignitors for bake and broil are not glowing or getting hot. I suspect it might be the thermostat cutoff, but there appears to be current in the ignitor wires. How can I diagnose and fix this issue?

The icemaker in my new/used Maytag refrigerator (model number MTF214EBOO, serial number EU490441) has a smell and the ice cubes have an iodine taste. The icemaker was not hooked up until I moved in, and a plumber installed a new hookup. What could be causing this issue and how can it be resolved?

My freezer's icemaker isn't working. The model is PSC23MG/PS123MG, and I'm not sure of its age. The ice tray is empty, but it sounds like water is trying to get into the ice cube tray. I would like to fix it myself if possible. What should I do?

My refrigerator's control panel says 'cooling off' and I can't reset it. I tried holding the lock feature for 3 seconds, but nothing happened. A number 3 appeared once, but not recently. I can't find the MOISTURE CONTROL, FAST COOL, FREEZER TEMP, or FRIDGE TEMP buttons on my control panel. What should I do?

Hi, Bryan! I'm Kevin. I have a Kenmore top-load washer, model 110.21102011. The spin cycle has become very rough, causing the basket to hit the sides, and the washer doesn't drain completely. When I switched to 'drain/spin', it makes a humming noise and the basket hits the sides again. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?
