I recently purchased a new Frigidaire dishwasher (Model # FFID2426TD) from Home Depot and am in the process of hooking it up. I noticed a solid plug at the bottom of the dishwasher connection where the supply line from hot water connects. Everything is hooked up, but I'm unsure how water could feed into the dishwasher with this plug in place. What should I do?

I'm looking for a freezer tray drawer that will work on a Kenmore Elite #795-78762-800. The whole drawer was missing when my kids bought it second-hand. I have the serial number and the purchase date (2008.07). My son will be doing the work. What part number should I look for and where can I find it?

Our GE Profile Side by Side Refrigerator (Model PSS26LSRD, installed in 2006) keeps collecting frost on the back panel. The water dispenser and ice dispenser also stopped working intermittently. Could you help us understand why and what we can do to fix it?

We have an Amana ACS7270AS electric range. The broiler doesn't work anymore. We replaced the broiler element, but it still doesn't heat up. Any ideas?

I just replaced the latch mechanism on my DW door, but it won't close and seems to be in a locked position. There is a lock control on the front panel. How does the lock work and what could be preventing the latch from opening to receive the latch clip?
