I have a Maytag Bravo top-loading washer, model MTW6500TQ0, that has started to exhibit an unbalanced situation even when empty. I have replaced the springs and rods, tightened the center bolt on the bottom of the motor, and observed the washer while it runs. What else could be causing this issue?

The oven made a popping sound and now it won’t heat above 200 degrees. The stove is 6 years old and electric. This is the first time this has ever occurred. I have checked the main breaker and it was not tripped. What should I check?

I have a Maytag Bravos dryer that recently started making a squeaky sound. After removing the drum, cleaning and lubricating the idler roller and all four drum rollers, the dryer won't start. The control panels look normal, and all light indications are normal. After reconnecting the door switch, the dryer started but the squeaky sound returned. I lubricated the motor bearings and pulleys, but the sound persists. What could be causing the squeaky sound, and how can I fix it?
