I have a Whirlpool dishwasher model GU1500XTLB2 that keeps running and gets stuck halfway through the cycle, with the time never decreasing and it never stopping. The only way to stop it is to open the door and run a quick rinse. What could be wrong, and what is the possible cost for repair?

I have a Whirlpool built-in microwave and oven combo. It was working when removed, but my son did not hook up the ground wire nor tie it to the neutral when he installed it. The filter suppressor smoked, and I have replaced that part. Is the ground not being hooked up the cause of that problem? What other problems should I check for when I power it back up?

I have a Maytag top loading washer, model LAT9604ABE. I had to replace the switch (CH, part number AP4023948). There are three wires: a single red, a plastic-covered white, and a double yellow. The switch has one wire connector at the bottom and two at the side, with one angled up. I need to know which wire connects to which terminal on the switch.

I have a 34" Amana AKH-35 electric cook-top that I need to replace. My problem is that my cut-out cannot be enlarged or lowered due to drawer height. Can you suggest a similar replacement, or correct parts or parts availability to repair my unit?
