I have a Whirlpool dryer that is staining clothes with a rust-like color. There is significant movement in the cylinder (tub/drum), creating gaps where clothes can fall and get stained. The liner around the cylinder is also dirty with rust-like material. Is there a way to fix this issue without just cleaning the liner? Can the drum be tightened to reduce its movement and prevent clothes from falling into the gaps?

My dishwasher model #FDB510LCS0 will not drain. The hoses are clear. During the drain cycle, the pump sounds labored. I removed the piece the drain hose was connected to but found no clogs. Is there anything else I might try, or do I need to order a new drain pump?

I have a GE Clothes washing machine that is 5 years old. The motor overloads and shuts down during the spin cycle in normal mode, but works fine in test mode with a normal load of clothes. I replaced the circuit board, but the issue persists. What could be causing this and how can I fix it without spending too much money?

We have a new GE front-loader since January 2008. It has bounced around, rocked back and forth, and tonight it walked almost 2 ft, into our Lexus! We have called GE Service twice, and they say nothing is wrong. More clothes - less clothes, it doesn't matter; this machine almost always remains unbalanced and literally pounds itself to death in the garage. My wife is going insane because of this machine. Please tell me there is something someone can do for this machine, and my wife!

I have a Magic Chef gas oven model #3127XTA. The oven is not lighting, and I'm getting power to it. The igniter is not glowing, and there seems to be a gas supply issue. What could be the problem, and how can I diagnose it further?
