I have a Whirlpool Duet Washer Model #GHW9100LW1, about 10 years old, with moderate usage. The problem is that I have to hold the start button for varying lengths of time (sometimes as little as three or four seconds, but more often, anywhere from 10 to 60 seconds) before the washer will start. This has been going on for over a year, and I'm concerned that one day it may not start at all. Is this an indication of an eventual inevitable failure? Will I need to replace the control board, or is there a possible less expensive fix?

I have a Samsung refrigerator model RS261MDWP that makes a buzzing sound coming from the freezer side. I believe it's the little fan at the back of the unit. The back wall on the top shelf has a little frost on it. What could be causing this and how can I fix it myself if possible?

I have a GE refrigerator model PSS25mgnaww. Recently, the water in the door stopped working, and the waterline started freezing. I replaced the Damper Control Assembly, several pieces of the water delivery system, and the defrost heater. However, the waterline is still freezing, and now the ice maker line is also freezing. The drinking water line freezes and thaws in a cycle, indicating the line heater is working. The ice maker works but no ice comes out, suggesting no water is reaching it. What could be the problem, and how can I test if the main control board has failed?
