I have a Whirlpool Gold slide-in range, approximately 13 years old, and the oven is acting up again, with the temperature getting too hot. The thermostat has been replaced twice since I've had it. Could this be the problem again, and if so, what steps are needed to replace it? Additionally, the oven started acting up on Christmas Eve when I was cooking sausage balls, and I have not done anything yet as I have been in quarantine. I had been using the oven for several hours that day cooking pound cake and pecan pies and it worked fine. It also has convection bake.
