I have a Whirlpool gs5shaxnl 02 refrigerator/freezer and the ice maker stopped filling with water. A technician diagnosed it as receiving only 87 volts instead of 120v, affecting its ability to fill. The ice maker can make ice if manually filled, but not on its own. The technician replaced the board and valve, but suggested an issue with the wiring causing low voltage. Additionally, the water dispenser works fine, but there might be a clog in the water fill tube inside the cabinet. What should I do to resolve this issue?
