We plan to ship our household items from Australia to the USA, including a Miele FL washer and dryer. Will these appliances work in the USA, and if not, is a power regulator sufficient? Should we leave them in storage in Australia?

I have an Amana Range ARTC8621CC with a failed dual element cooktop switch (TUPP 415, 31-315855-02). Maytag sent a universal kit 77001257, but the new switch has 9 posts (3 copper colored and 6 silver) and looks completely different from the old one. The old switch has posts 2, 3, 4, 5 and two neutrals. The new switch has posts 2 and 3 identified, but the new 4 and 5 post numbers could be any of the 3 copper colored posts. I cannot tell which are the neutral posts, and there were no instructions with the replacement switch. How should I correctly install this new switch?

I have a Kitchen Aid Pro Line Dual Fuel Range, model # XXXXX, which is 6 years old. When trying to turn off the oven, it unexpectedly went into self-clean mode and locked the door. The only way to stop the process was to turn off the circuit breaker. This issue occurred multiple times, and previously, a similar problem occurred along with a faulty LED light on the temperature control, which was fixed by replacing a component inside the door. What could be the problem?
