My top-loading washing machine, which is 8 years old, has been going off balance. I have new shocks but am uncertain how to remove the top. I have tried rebalancing loads and testing the drum, which is very wobbly. What should I do to fix this issue?

My ice machine (SCN60 model, 3 years old) constantly runs and gets hot on the exterior. I have cleaned it and reset it by unplugging, but the internal component in the back still runs continuously. The machine makes ice but doesn't seem as cold. What could be the issue and what should I check?

My freezer starts to warm up if I turn on the ice maker. It also doesn't seem to be defrosting, with lots of ice buildup on the back panel and under the bottom drawer. The issue started about a week ago when I noticed the ice maker wasn't working. I've tried resetting the alarm, turning the freezer on and off, and setting the temperature to -26, but as soon as I turn the ice maker on, the freezer stops working and starts to warm up until the alarm goes off. There is also a large ice buildup that has been happening for a long time.

My ice maker has frozen over and I don't know how to thaw it. The issue has been ongoing for about 6 months but has never been this bad. I cannot get anything in there to thaw the ice overflow. The water filter was last replaced about a month ago. What do I need to do to resolve this issue?
