I have a 3-year-old Kenmore dishwasher that is leaving a greasy residue on dishes, not heating as much as it used to, and not drying dishes completely. The 'sanitized' light does not come on during the Sanitize cycle. I have cleaned the screen, felt a rough spot on the heating element, tested the element and thermostat for continuity, and tested the door switch for continuity. What should I do next?

Kenmore Coldspot refrigerator: The drip tray under the freezer coils inside the freezer compartment freezes over, stopping up the drain line to the lower drip tray, eventually causing water to flow into the refrigerator compartment. I removed the ice maker and its water line, but the issue persists. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

My refrigerator is leaking water. Sometimes I find the bottom of the fridge depression is full of water. When I open the door, water drips onto the floor. Sometimes I find a puddle on the floor at either front corner. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?
