I have a Whirlpool washer LSQ9244EQ0. It washes, then makes a humming sound and doesn't drain or spin. I have replaced the motor coupling, clutch, washer basket drive, brake assembly, drive block, lock nut, gearcase, motor, and capacitor. What else could be the issue?

My freezer has ice build-up on the bottom. The defroster seems to be working, but the water freezes in the drain tube and overflows to the bottom of the freezer. Do you have a suggestion?

I bought a Whirlpool water softener from Lowe's and installed it on October 11. I did a manual regeneration but it hasn't regenerated since. I have all the settings where I want them. Could you tell me what I might be missing?

The main door handle of our refrigerator (WRT318FZDM00), installed on June 15, 2015, has broken off at the top juncture with the door due to the plastic piece cracking and breaking. Are there any replacement handles available that are made of metal instead of plastic?

The fill tube on my GE Monogram (ziss42ncass) is freezing up. I have replaced both water valves and the aluminum fill tube with a polyurethane tube. The fill tube heater measures 3310 ohms and feels warm to the touch, but not hot enough to melt ice. What is causing the problem, and why does the GE have a fill tube with a heater when most refrigerators/freezers do not?
