I have a Whirlpool washer model LXR9245EQ1 with a direct drive assembly. There is a loose, rubbery piece that looks like a belt but isn't listed as a part. The washer does not agitate properly. What could this piece be and what should I check or replace?

I need to find out if the wiring coding from the motor in the back of my GE refrigerator (model PSW26MSRSS) is correct. The wire harnesses have four holes with wires plugged in, and the colors are not the same. There is a red wire, yellow, blue, and white from the motor, and when the wire harnesses are unlatched, there is a white wire connected with a white and black wire, a yellow wire, and two red wires joined together. Are the wires correctly inserted in the connector?

I am replacing the front left (large) burner control switch on my Kenmore appliance model 790-90819401. The burner heats up to max on its own, and I am trying to match the spade connections on the back of the new switch. The wire markings are different from the old switch to the new one, but slightly similar. Can you help me match the connections and determine if the burner itself might be malfunctioning?
