My KitchenAid Superba refrigerator is not getting cold. I have cleaned the coils underneath, the fan in the freezer behind the panel is working, and the fan at the rear under the fridge is working. The compressor is hot and clicking every couple of minutes. What am I missing?

The last two times I have run my dishwasher, the carpet in the living room gets saturated in one spot. My dishwasher (Kenmore, about 15 years old) backs up to a half wall that separates my kitchen from the living room. The wet spot on the carpet is about 3 feet behind the dishwasher. I know the dishwasher is old, and I have no problem replacing it, but I'm worried about what is causing the leak. Is it the dishwasher, or might I have a more serious plumbing problem? How can the leak be so far away from the dishwasher?

Hi, I have a Maytag Atlantis washer that doesn't always drain on the final spin, especially with large loads. It doesn't happen every time and will drain if reset correctly. This issue has been occurring since the machine was less than a year old and is becoming more frequent. When it does spin after resetting, it spins well and doesn't leave things wet. What could be causing this issue?

I have a 10-year-old Kenmore 24 side-by-side refrigerator. It seems to be running more than usual, especially the freezer. The fridge keeps food cold, but I'm unsure if it's running more than it should, wasting energy, or if I'm misremembering its usual operation. I cleaned the coil underneath and checked the door gasket, which seems tight. How can I determine if it's running more than it should and what might be causing this?

We bought a GE commercial quality washer a few years ago from The Brick in Kitchener, Ontario. It appears to not spin correctly, leaving clothes very damp. We removed the bottom panel and noticed the belt appears worn as if rubbing on something, although nothing is in contact. There is also a fair degree of play in the belt when stretched by hand. We tried to trace the model to download a manual PDF file but cannot find the model number. Please advise if the problem is simply replacing the belt and how to do it. Also, I would like to obtain a copy of the manual.
