I am having trouble installing a new water filter in my GE French Door refrigerator. The gray sleeve is blocking the installation, and it won't move to allow the new filter to be installed. There is no visible damage or obstruction, but the white and gray portions are stuck. How do I get the gray sleeve out of the way to install a new filter?

I have a Blodgett Mark V-111 oven set up to run on 480v and need to set it up to run on 220/240v 60Hz 3-phase 11A. I don't have the manual and need to hire a technician for this task. What are the steps required for this conversion, and is it feasible to convert the oven to run on the new voltage specifications?

The display on my FPM0209RFA model microwave is dim, but the unit works fine. I have not checked the brightness settings, and the display is dim all the time. What could be the issue, and is it possible to fix it myself?
