I have an 800 Series Kenmore washer, Model #10027831600. The problem is that once the water fills up, it doesn't spin and starts leaking from the bottom. What should I do?

I have a Side by Side Refrigerator. I replaced the water actuator, and now it dispenses ice and water simultaneously regardless of which actuator is pushed. What could be the issue, and how can I fix it?

I am a restaurant manager and I am nervous that I forgot to turn off our soup warmer. I live an hour away, so it would be difficult for me to return to check on it. I remember draining the water but am only 80% sure that I turned off the warmer. Can it catch on fire? Or will it just burn out the bottom of the well?

I have a GE Bottom freezer French door refrigerator Model PFS22MISBWW, 6 years old. The freezer has been warming up to temperatures in the 40's, then eventually goes back down to about 6 degrees, then back up. Have lost all the food, ice, etc. in the freezer. There is a clicking sound increasing with frequency, and now the fridge is also warming. No longer have a service contract. Should we repair or replace the refrigerator?
