I have an AMAMA dryer (11 years old) that starts but shuts off midway through the cycle and needs to sit before restarting. If started right away, it produces a high-pitched buzzing sound. The heating element is not working, and the timer doesn't adjust properly. There was also a spark at the plug, which was tarnished. Is it worth repairing, considering I paid $450 for it and have another dryer that gets extremely hot?

My Maytag electric dryer keeps shutting off after ten minutes or less of drying, and it keeps tripping the circuit breaker. We have moved the breaker to one with more wattage, but it still does the same thing. The dryer also vibrates a lot. What could be the issue, and what steps should I take to fix it?
