I have an Amana AS229CSBGB (10 years old). After a power outage, the fridge had cooling issues in both sides. The evaporator and condenser fans are running, but the compressor is not. How can I determine if the compressor is faulty or if the iC board is the issue? The board costs $240, and I'm concerned it might be a sealed unit failure. I'm in Australia and have used your service before.

I bought a new slide-in stove in May 2013, and the oven doesn't work now. A local repairman told me it needs a new board because the FI indicator comes on after using the oven for a while. I'm disappointed that it broke so soon. What can I do?

We're having trouble with our Samsung Model DW7933LRAWW dishwasher. It is flashing the heavy and smart auto lights shortly after we try to use it, then it shuts off.
