I have an Amana refrigerator, Model ART318FFDW03, Serial No. VS81753535, manufactured in 2018. It started freezing items in the refrigerator section about a month ago, while the freezer temperature remains normal. The refrigerator thermometer shows 20F most of the time, but sometimes 38F. My electrician replaced the Thermistor and Control Box, but there was no change. Whirlpool suggested it might be an airflow problem, which I addressed by ensuring the vents were unobstructed. However, the temperature remains at 20F. Do you have a solution to my problem?

Good morning. We have a front landing Whirlpool Duet washer. Recently, the area below the rubber seal on the front door has not been draining. Is there a drain there that might be clogged?

My top-load washer is out of balance and hitting the sides. I tried moving the clothes around but it didn't solve the problem. The washer is a Whirlpool WTW7500GW2, purchased new earlier this year. What should I do to fix this issue?

My GE GFE29HSDASS refrigerator has two ice makers, but the one in the freezer has not worked since I got it with my house. I just replaced the dial water inlet valve assembly, the ice maker assembly, and the water filter. How do I run diagnostics or test it?

My dishwasher does not completely empty. It drains only after I push 'Cancel' and close the door, with about 1/4 cup draining through the spout in the door. Could this be a float switch problem? What else should I check?
