My washer filled up with water, and after leaving the lid up, it started making a running noise with no water and no lights on. I couldn't cancel it and had to unplug it. When I plugged it back in, the same issue occurred. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

I have a Maytag refrigerator, model #MRT118FFFH08, that has been experiencing excessive condensate for the past 2 weeks. There is some frost over the vent, moisture on the ceiling of the fridge near the back, and moisture on the glass shelves. The fridge is 2 weeks old and seems to be cooling properly, with the room temperature at 70°F, fridge at 39°F, and freezer at 0°F. The gaskets appear to be sealing properly. What could be causing this issue and what should I do?

I have run the self diagnostic test for Maytag MFW2055FRZ and everything checks out OK, but there is frost build-up and fan ticks after about 2 to 3 weeks. I put it into diagnostic mode and entered number 5 heater on for two cycles of 20 minutes each, emptied the catch tray, and exited diagnostic mode. The door seals look ok. What more can I check?
