I have an LG double wall oven model LWD3081ST/00 where the bottom oven is not heating and displays an F19 code, while the top oven works fine. I have replaced the thermostat and the pub board, ohm'ed out the heater elements (which are fine), and checked the connections. What could be causing the issue and what else can I check?

The washing machine is making loud, abnormal noises and rocking across the floor during its first use. It sounds like a jackhammer and a rocket taking off, and the wash drum sounds like it contains ball bearings. The machine has been leveled, but the issue persists. My GE washer continues to fill with water at the beginning of the cycle and does not turn off, causing it to overflow. If I manually switch to a lower water level after the initial fill, the rest of the cycle runs properly. What could be causing this issue and how can it be resolved?
