I have an LG French door refrigerator (model LFX21976ST, production date 09/2016). The flap between the two doors does not align with the guide at the top, causing it to not seal properly when the left door is closed. Is there a part that can be added to the top of the flap to help it slide into its guide, or is there an adjustment that can be made to fix this issue?

My LG gas oven, which is 11 months old, only goes up to 285 degrees Fahrenheit and then resets to 80 degrees when I try to increase the temperature further. I have tried turning it off and back on, but the issue has persisted for a week. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?
