I have an LG model MW 2701 HV washer that recently stopped working after a wash cycle. It didn't complete the spin cycle, and the clothes were wet. The washer wouldn't power on, so I replaced the control board. Now, it powers up but displays an error code 'EE' (with the left bar of the 't' missing). None of the buttons on the front panel seem to work. What could be the issue, and where can I find a reliable replacement part?

I replaced the evaporative fan and harness in my Maytag refrigerator (model MFT2574DEH01, 7-10 years old) and now have a code indicating the bi-metal is open, which I believe is incorrect since the part is new. The freezer is frozen, the fridge is cool, and all other diagnostic codes are good except for the bi-metal. What could be causing this issue, and what steps should I take to resolve it?

I have a Whirlpool fridge, 18 cu. ft., 28 inches wide, model #Wrt112czjz00, installed in April 2021. The top freezer is working, but the fridge portion is not, and there is leaking water from the fridge. The issue has been ongoing for about a week.
