I have an Asko W6884 Eco and the Quick setting now displays 2 hours 41 minutes as the wash time. It is 8 years old and this issue just started. I am unable to change it and it is the setting I use the most. Everything else seems to be fine. What could be causing this and what can I do to fix it?

We have a large, freestanding dual fuel range that is almost 20 years old. Recently, we have had a hard time pulling the racks out of the oven, sometimes they do not move at all. Do you have any advice on how to make them move easier?
