I have an older LG front load washer (model WM0642HW) that has been emitting a smell of electrical smoke during the spin cycle for about 2 weeks, especially in the last few days. The washer also gives an UE code, which I have tried to resolve by better balancing the loads. What can I do to address this issue?

We have an older electric dryer with no heat. We have checked all the power, fuses, thermal limiters, timer, motor switch, and thermostats as shown in videos. The dryer is a Sears Kenmore unit, all other functions are normal, no damaged wires, and there is 240V at the plug. What else can be causing the issue, and what should we check next?

My Maytag Duet washer won't come on when I push the start button. It has been intermittent for a couple of months, working fine for one load and then not coming back on.
