I have ice buildup and water leakage under the crisper drawers in two Samsung refrigerators, models RF197ACRS and RF217ACPN. I have replaced the seal kit, water leakage kit, main control boards, refrigerator defrost sensor, defrost heater assembly, and the drain tube. The fan and freezer are working fine. I have also cleared the drain line, installed a copper wire around the heater, and used a low watt snake heater. Despite these efforts, the ice buildup persists, and there is a cracking sound every few hours. Additionally, I noticed cracks in the plastic of the refrigerator when I removed the heater and cover assembly. What could be causing this issue, and what else can I do to resolve it?

I have a Whirlpool dishwasher (model WDT730PAHZ0) that is letting in water, drains, but doesn't spray water with the arms, only gets hot. I replaced the diverter motor, removed a small piece of plastic from the spray arm, and ran diagnostics without seeing error codes. What else could be the issue?

I have a GE front-loading washer, model GFWR4805F0MC, that keeps repeating the spin cycle and is shaking excessively. It has been happening intermittently, and I have already cleaned the drain pump, finding debris like a paper clip and a nickel. The washer does spin, but it is loud and possibly out of balance. What could be causing this issue, and how can it be fixed?

I mistakenly touched the flex clean button on my Kenmore slide-in oven and immediately pushed the stop button but it wouldn’t cancel. The display had 2:00 on it, now it says 2:31, and the oven is not heating. The door lock latch is out but I haven’t tried to close the door. What should I do?
