Whirlpool Model #: WTW4950XWO - Top load HE washer. The washer seems to get stuck prior to or during the final spin cycle. Sometimes the lights indicate everything’s done, but when we open the lid, the clothes are still wet and the spin cycle has not commenced. Other times, the washer just stops itself at the spin cycle. If we run the “drain and spin” cycle, it usually finishes okay, but still the clothes are wetter than they used to be after a full high speed spin. What could be causing this issue and what should I do?

We have a Jenn-Air refrigerator-freezer that has been leaking water onto the floor at the very back of the unit. Previously, we were taught how to remove the cover in the lower back of the freezer and clean the drain at the bottom, but that is not the problem. I'm wondering whether the drain leads to a tube that goes to the evaporation pan and the tube has somehow become dislodged. Any thoughts?
