I have replaced the mode shifter with a brand new one and cleared the code, but the error code keeps popping back up. The washer doesn't spin, and I've replaced the mode shifter and the lid lock. What could be causing the error code to reappear, and what should I do to fix it?

I have an LG LRE30453ST/01 range. Recently, three oven control boards have gone out, with the last one having burn marks on the black terminal of relay RY8, marked DLB on the wiring diagram. I replaced the board, and the oven worked fine for about three weeks before it quit baking and cooled off. What could be causing this issue, and what steps can I take to resolve it?

I have a fridge (model rf28hmedbsr) where the freezer is working fine, but the fridge temperature is up to 60 degrees. The fan was making a noise that got louder over the last few days, but now it's not working. There's no frost build-up anywhere. What should I do or what could be the issue?

My Maytag MAV860AWW washing machine occasionally fails to drain during the cycle but continues through it, and stays full of water. When I stop it and put it back to the spin cycle, it works properly and empties as it should. I have already replaced the belt and the two springs on the motor. The technician is debating between the timer and the clutch (transmission). The timer seems to be okay because it doesn't stop, it just continues through the cycle properly. What should I do?
