I installed a commercial six-burner imperial oven, but it didn't seem to come on, and the ticker only ticked once. When trying to light the pilot, it flamed out and burnt the hair on someone's arms. How did the gas build up if the pilot was out, and why did the flame out from the bottom if the pilots were on?

I need assistance with various parts and maintenance for my appliance model 110 86874100. Specifically, I need help with ordering a belt, rollers, idler pulley, a new felt seal for the rear of the drum, and a lint screen. Additionally, I need advice on what type of oil to use for the rollers and idler pulley, and whether it's normal to have to stretch the felt seal slightly to fit around the drum.
