I just bought a new condo with a built-in Kitchen Aid freezer-fridge side by side, probably around 10 years old. The light is on, but I cannot manage to set the temperature control buttons, which are high up on the refrigerator side. Can you walk me through how to set the temperature?

The water does not completely drain from my dishwasher. The dishwasher is 1.5 years old, the filter is clean, and I have recently noticed this issue.
