The food in our upright freezer started to thaw, and there was ice on the back of the inside. We bought a new freezer and moved the food. The water in the old freezer took 2 days to freeze. My electric Jenn-Air oven, which is 30 years old, has an issue where the actual temperature may be off by +/- 50 degrees when set to 350 degrees. I have tried using an external thermometer and turning the oven off and on to maintain the correct temperature, but the thermostat needed for repair has been discontinued by Whirlpool. What can be done to address this issue?
