I just bought an Ooni Kari 16 pizza oven. There are two problems: first, there are no screw holes in the draft defender plate, making it impossible to attach as shown in the manual and an online video. Second, the larger stone has a crumbled corner, which seems to be a defect from packing. Should I receive a new draft defender plate and a new stone without defects for longevity? If I am correct about the lack of holes, will I need a new draft defender plate as well?

My gold series dishwasher is not draining. It was purchased in 2015. This is the first time this issue has occurred. I tried running a new cycle and pressing the cancel and drain button. Where is the filter located, and what else can I check or do to resolve this issue?

We changed the water filter in our GE Refrigerator PYE22KMKKES (4 years old), but the display says to replace the water filter and the dispenser is off. We have replaced the filters at least 6 times and tried reinstalling the new filter several times, but the issue persists. What could be causing this and what should we do?
