I have a Bosch wall oven (model HBLP451RUC/03) that is 4 years old and electric. The display shows an E010 error code. I have proper voltage to the unit and tested for continuity in the harness to the user control board, getting 12VDC. I cannot put the unit into diagnostics mode. What could be causing this issue and what should I check or replace?

I’m trying to replace the heating element on my Bosch dryer model WTG86401UC. I’ve already bought the new heating element, but I’m unsure how to remove the old one without taking apart the entire machine. Can you provide guidance on how to safely and effectively remove the old heating element?
