I have a Whirlpool Duet Sport Washer purchased in 2007. It has always run perfectly until now. I use Downey in my rinse cycle, but within the last year, my towels have come out very rough despite using Downey. A technician couldn't find any issues. Why would Downey now not work in my washer, and what can I do to resolve this?

I recently purchased a GE over-the-stove microwave model JVM3160RF555, serial RJ29879A, from Home Depot in Hagerstown, Maryland. The microwave is only two weeks old and has two issues: 1) I am unable to insert the filter properly as there is only one screw at the top, and 2) the controls are difficult to read. What can be done to resolve these issues?
