My top-loading clothes washer, about 1.5 years old, is flashing code F7E1. It started with not spinning clothes out and now it will start but flashes this code. A technician checked it out but couldn't find anything wrong. What could be the issue and how can it be resolved?

Do I need a repair person to check the fill tube and the hair dryer for melting ice (if there is any) or disconnecting the water line to blow through the water line? I am sure I will need a professional if the electronic water valve or ice maker needs to be replaced.
