I lost power and now have it back, but the refrigerator is staying at 61 degrees and the freezer is showing two dashes. Can't figure out why since we have power back now. We were using a generator for the last week so it was off and on all week. What should I do to troubleshoot and potentially fix this issue before needing a technician?

We have a GE Medallion 20+ year old wall oven. The oven was working but the broiler was not. Suspected broken wire, which was repaired. Now the broiler works but the oven does not. The bottom element is good, so not sure why it's not working. Tried the broiler wires in various configurations but with only 3 wires, not many options. Can you help?

I have a Whirlpool Cabrio washer, model WTW7040DWO, which is about 3-4 years old. It is displaying error codes F6 and E3. I have tried unplugging it to restart, but it doesn't always work. I don't have a Volt-Ohm meter and am unsure how to proceed. What should I do to fix this issue?
