My GE electric range model # ***** displays "Un Loc Dor" when I press either the Bake or Broil buttons and won't start the oven. The self-cleaning function works, but the bake and boil functions are not working and give that error display. What can I do to correct this issue?

Is there someone in the Fresno area that works on Dynamic Cooking System BBQs? I need an estimate on the cost to repair vs buying a new one. My BBQ is propane, about 10 years old, and has issues such as frozen control valves, deteriorating white rids under the rack, and sometimes worn gas burners.
